On my never-ending journey to seek out a healthier lifestyle, I came across a rather peculiar diet book about to be released: The Drunk Diet.
Yes, this is real; not a sick attempt at parody. Someone has actually concocted what they think might be the holy grail of how to keep those dreaded pounds off!
Written by Lady Gaga's rocker boyfriend, Luc Carl, after realizing that he was able to lose 40 lbs of weight WHILE keeping up that rock star partying lifestyle of binge drinking! --*I'm not sure how the inevitable vomiting, followed by loss of consciousness played a role in this weight loss program, but I assume they both might be welcomed (dare I say...hoped for?) side effects of the diet.
